Hey guys, do you miss the summer? I found a bikini workout from 2 months ago that I haven’t posted yet. This workout focuses on butt, which reminds me, that you guys have also a homework from the Lifted Butt Series for today. Hi Zuzka, I feel as if I’m stuck in a rut! I workout 4-5 days a week and eat about 1500 to 1800 calories a day and still feel flabby. I’ve been working out nonstop for at least 8 months. Please help! Thank you.

Hi Zu…good one! That is all I need for today! Tired! I used 12kg KB for dead lifts and did supported plank on arms without knees. Good workout to repeat at least 3 times…not today ๐ Moving to my class. See you all, a great weekend to everybody.

Does anyone use a gym boss timer for workouts? I was thinking about going and getting one this weekend.

Gymbosses are great and I used to use them but now I just use different apps on my phone. Simple timer for timed workouts and the Seconds Pro app Z recommends for intervals ones.

I loved my gymboss – but after 3 yrs one of the buttons (left one) doesn’t work anymore ;( Don’t know if it is the spring inside or something else – can’t use it at the moment and don’t know who could fix that ๐

I had a button break on my Gymboss once. I emailed the company, told them what happened, and they mailed me a brand new one along with a return envelope to send back the broken one. I was surprised because I just wanted to know how to fix it! Don’t know if there’s a time limitation. I owned mine for a year.

I have purchased maybe 4 by now. They each lasted a little over a year. One is lost in Costa Rica. I hope it is having fun! One fell off the second floor stairs and broke into many pieces. My toddler threw one and it fell into many pieces. And i bought a final one that just quit. So now I use a couple of different apps for my ipad. They work but I will always have a special place in my heart for my little clip on Gymboss.
