Hey guys, do you miss the summer? I found a bikini workout from 2 months ago that I haven’t posted yet. This workout focuses on butt, which reminds me, that you guys have also a homework from the Lifted Butt Series for today. For those of you who are new to this site, and want to follow my workout schedule and do a full length workout with me daily, make sure to sign up for ZGYM!

Workout Breakdown

1. Curtsy lunge leg lift x 20/20

2. One leg bridge to Knee tap bridge alt. legs x20

3. Elevated heel squats x 20/20

4. One Leg deadlift x 10/10

5. Knee supported plank leg lift x 30/30

    yesterday I did all the workouts and homework and really pushed hard…Today I was dead, this was a nice cool down…look forward to yoga this weekend 🙂

    I was a little “behind” on my LB homework, so I added a few of those exercises in to this workout. Was very energizing!

    So. I decided to use two 3.5 kbs for cursty, one kb for heel squats and 12 kg db for deadlift. 🙂
    And completed homework #5 (oops, I skiped homework #4).
    117 cals, 153/174 HR.
