5Minute_52_featured

Combining cardio and core exercises is one of the best ways for getting more definition in your abs. This workout is just a little Friday sample (it’s my easy day), so if you want full length, super effective routines and train with me every single day, sign up for my ZGYM!     I am so bummed! I was adding air to my swiss ball and poked a hole in it! Guess I will have to buy another one. I did this one and the 5 min #50 since I hadn’t done that one yet. I also did Power Yoga #8. That is a tough one and long. Felt good though. I don’t know about anyone else but my lats are STILL sore from Tuesday’s upper body workout! Hope I am ready for it again tomorrow.

    another favorite. the swiss ball exercises in this one are great. im guessing you’ll be using them in the black diamond workouts.
