Combining cardio and core exercises is one of the best ways for getting more definition in your abs.     Great 5 minutes! Loving the jr lately, so this was cool, went outside in the 65 degree sunny weather! Soo nice. Did this in addition to my upper body and abs shred wo, handstand program wo and pistol practice 30/30.

    I added this 5 minutes to 9 minutes CS Hiit. 14 minutes total. Perfect.
    And the funny thing is I feel so much better and I am no longer lazy 🙂
