    I did these two Friday workouts together this evening (don’t want to fall behind). Those mt climbers on the sliders were a real challenge…I think they were the hardest part. All such great exercises. Thank you so much for putting these killer daily workouts together for us. So grateful! My funky knee is feeling really good now after less than 2 months. No pain! Really love the mind/body connection you want us to make through controlled movements. I sense I am gradually erasing some awkward movements in my daily life that had become unconscious and habitual, just through increased awareness and strengthening. So many benefits with so little time invested, plus it is fun.

    Hi Zuzka, I loved every single combo! The laying Leg Lift /boat Poses were a like a cherry on top of sundae. My abs were on fireee! A_W_E_S_O_M_E 5 min. wo! xoxo

    Oooh decided to do the 5 min wo today after leg wo. Love Saturdays when I have the extra time to do more. This was a GOOD one! The leg lift to boat pose was really challenging for me. I had to hold my legs in boat pose with help from my hands. Definitely one I’ll practice on my own til I get it. Whew! Great one Z! Happy Day!

    Hi Zu and friends…very nice abs workout…marked as favorite! Yes…and the exercise pass the ball and stand up is too good right! I did it replacing another exercise in a past workout and felt the burn! Awesome…done for the day. This was the second workout and before I did Bodyweight beginner workout #3 in fast pace. Yoga now.
