    I think I am feeling like doing some real weight training. The basics: heavy squats, shoulder press, tricep ext, curls, etc. I was planning on adding some either before one of your work outs or after. Maybe others would like some of those exercises mixed into a workout?

    I love doing abs.. and oh my gosh.. I’ve never encountered such a hard ab workout. I couldn’t do the pass the ball standup smooth at all. I had to have momentum and couldn’t complete all the reps… And the the eggroll with me tuck had me wobbly. Sheeewww
