    did 10 reps of ex 4 and 5… and last ex destroyed my abs 😂 I literally couldn’t hold myself during boat pose 🙈

    Stole this from Gabriela, thanks! I love this one, such a great burn in the abs especially at the end with the hardcore egg/elevated knee tuck! Did after mobility drills 8, did a bit better with that, shoulders not bad but still working on that ankle mobility! Will do my tight abs wo a bit later.

    Amazing 5 min workout for a busy morning before starting my long day! I feel more awake and definitely feeling my abs!
