Beach Ready Butt Workout

Do you ever feel slightly uncomfortable when you’re putting on your bikini for the first time after the winter break? It’s completely normal by the way. We all feel the same way. In my opinion in has not always something to do how we feel about our body. I think that sometimes we just need to come up with a reason why do we feel that way and of course our body and our shape is easy to blame, however I think that it’s just us getting used to not being covered and protected by our clothes. That said if you still feel like your body needs a little tune up, you can always try this Beach Ready Butt workout just before you put on the bikini and head to the beach. You’ll feel better, tighter, and you’ll have more positive energy to share with your friends!

 

 

You can do each exercise anywhere from 12 to 20 reps and 2 to 4 rounds of the whole circuit. You’d be surprised what a difference it makes to do a short workout every day before you go to work or to have fun.     This looks fantastic! I really like learning about body positioning changing the muscle focus of routine exercises. And the scenery changes were fun.

    I did 15 reps per side/exercise and 2 rounds. My butt was burning and I think I will feel it tomorrow ;). Interestingly I could feel my lower back during the ballerina squats. It was comparable with supermans. I didn’t expect that :).
