If we did 16 more reps of the last exercise in the 3rd round we would have completed 3 full rounds. Next time you do this workout, try to complete at least 3 full rounds.
Hey everyone, I hope you’ve been enjoying these workouts so far, but I hope you’re not getting too comfortable with this training because I really want you to reach the next level and improve your strength and stamina. I want to turn everyone into a strong warrior. I want you to be the role models for your friends and family. That way we can really make a difference. I want the world to be full of strong, sexy, yet kind and caring women so that our children have the best examples to follow. I would like to also remind you that age doesn’t matter. There have been tons of real-life examples showing that we can become incredibly fit and strong if exposed to consistent training at any age, no matter how sedentary we’veΒ been until now. Enjoy your workout!

I loved this workout! And my legs and butt are still very sore from yesterday’s Lifted Butt Series #17, so I started to sweat a little very fast π

Super fun wo, Zuzka! I got a good burn with the Laying leg raises with power band. Also, I did reg. push ups. I’m loving this series! xoxo

Hi all, I don’t feel the burn in my glutes so much, just a little. I’ll see how it develops over the day, and yes I did the workout from yesterday. Have a awesome day everybody! xoxo

I am same, I am not so sore on glutes, but rather hamstrings and adductors…so I wonder if either my glutes are stronger that these other muscles and therefore the soreness is felt only where weaker…or if my form is wrong (I think my courtesy lunges could be better)
Glutes are strong muscles, so could well be the first option…but I’ll be super diligent to have proper form…and try more isolated moves (I like cable kick backs..or with a long elastic band, or ankle weight).

I had an opportunity to catch this morning, to go ski-skating. That is a full-body workout and I really felt my bums had been working out yesterday, I will probably focus on complementing with parts that are not worked with ski-skating, such as push-ups and pull-ups (the work is more on pushing forward , so lats, triceps, shoulders).
I am still sore in my biceps from carrying my 20kg injured dog to the vet on Monday. The road/car is 500m. away from my home and carried the puppy for a while walking in snow uphill …then I switched to carry him over the shoulders (like pastors carried their lambs)
Poor dog, he got his surgery and is recovering now.
This is mainly why I train…to be ready for life !!
