Challenge: Time Challenge
Duration: 15-20 Minutes
- Deadlift to heel raise x 15
- Stationary Lunge 15/15
- Sumo Squat x 15
- Hip Supported Plank Rows x 20 alt. - screwed up
- Dumbbell V-raise to Hip Raise on exercise ball x 20 - crewed up
- Weighted Criss Cross crunch on exercise ball x 20 alt.
- Pass the ball x 10
- Kneeling Heel raises with Power band x 15/15
- Clams with Power Band x 20/20 (knee lift)
- Wide Legged hip raise with power band to weighted sit up x 20

I hope you guys have been enjoying this series so far. We’re going closer to the end actually. Bunny Slope Workout #20 is going to be the last one in this series, but don’t worry, because I’m working on a 12 week workout program for all of you beginners out there who’d like to take advantage of these routines. My goal is to get you up on your feet and exercise on a daily basis. Have fun with today’s workout!

Relaxing active rest day. 😎 Will add the foam roller power yoga today for stretching. Also, wha did you “screw up” on in exercises 4&5. I didn’t notice anything? 😜

Hi Zu…today I had a hard Muay Thai session with lunges, stationary lunges, squats and pad work rounds (kicks and boxing), burpees and short fast running (I do not know the name in English…running shots? maybe…kkk) so I am skipping this one, I am done for the day. Hope to do this one on Friday along with 5 min workout. 6 M burpees also done. Tomorrow is number 7 girls! Come on, we can do this! I will do some yoga later. See you, take care.

I used my 6kg dumbbells and also my 3kg ugi ball for the ball passes but I thought you said 20 Zuzka so I did 20 anyway. Off for a cycle and a run in a bit too if it doesn’t get too hot! Thank you 🙂

Bunny Slope wo are my favorite. I wish they would last forever. I need something more easy after that lift butt wo on tuesdays… but I belive you will come up with something new and great as always.
