Butt & Legs

  1. side bend to squat x 20
  2. Deadlift to heel raise x 20
  3. Stationary Lunge x 15/15
  4. Side lunge deadlift x 20 alternating

Back, shoulders and arms

  1. Curls to lateral raise x 10
  2. diagonal punch x 20
  3. Kneeling row x 20/20
  4. chest press x 20

Abs

  1. Scissors x 20
  2. In & Out Knees x 20
  3. Knee Hold x 20 counts on each leg
  4. Elbow Plank Lifts x 20

    Although I am not a beginner at all, I got inspired by the different AB- exercises (beside the Scissors) and I will partly include them in my AB routine to have some changes again.
    That´s why I love to watch the workouts- I get inspired from time to time and include exercises, that has already been out of my mind. That´s why it is still benefitial to have signed up for the ZGym :-)!

      Hi Zuzka! Just finished the Tuesday and the Wednesday workout. I missed my workout yesterday (Tuesday), so I did a back-to-back workout today (Wednesday). I was able to catch up to your pace this time, so that’s always good. However, I don’t own a pull up bar, so I had to skip the exercises that needed one. Anyway, that’s it for now. Thank you again! xx

    Hi Zu…very nice workout…I am enjoying the slope like I said before! You put simple exercises but they are very effective. I was stopping myself of increasing the weights since today is recovery day…so I just could not control to repeat the ABs exercises once more…hahaha 😀 I love ABS exercises! For ABs I have used 2kg ankle weights on each leg. Got a nice burn…loved it! Thanks Zu…see you, take care.

    1st time-Nov 2015-1 round + 1 round of ABs exercises 30x reps, exercise 3-2x (both rounds)

    Did some jump rope before the workout, which I found a great cool down. Although I did have to switch my 5Kg DB for 3.5 Kg for the side punches…I still felt yesterday’s pull ups (mine were pretty awful, just above the ground…Thanks again Zuska!

    Love using the bunny slope workout for my recovery days. I did use my 10lbs Dumbbells to challenge a little 😉

    Got it done! Wow, I consider myself to be intermediate and this was challenging for me (although, this IS day #2 back from 4 months with 0 workouts), so maybe I’m not as strong as I’d like to think I am!! LOL!!! I completed it in 21.58 and I used 20# dumbells for the side bend to squats, the rest of the arm exercises I used my 10# dumbells. For the deadlift to heel raises, side lunge deadlift and chest presses, I used a 40# barbell. This was a great workout after yesterday’s!! Even though I’m a little sore after yesterday this still gently but effectively worked those muscles and more!! The ab portion was the most challenging for me!!! I could really feel the burn!!!! Looking forward to tomorrow!

    Great news !!… I found the piece of equipment that you used on the video Black Diamond in the Sport Authority for only $119.00 (the one for pull ups)

    I consider myself intermediate to advanced and I loved this workout. I used 15 lbs Dumbbells and 5 lbs for lateral raise, repeated the whole circuit x 2 in 28 minutes exactly. This is almost like a ninja workout. No jumping. I did it while my husband was sleeping. I bet this is great for mom with sleeping babies. Lol.
