Challenge: Time Challenge
Duration: 15-20 Minutes
  1. Bridge x 20
  2. Swimming x 10 (chest lift, single leg lifts)
  3. In and out bridge x 20
  4. Cross ankle heel raises 20 / 20
  5. One Leg Bridge with Knee tuck alternating x 20
  6. Wag the tail leg lifts x 20
  7. Side Crunch x 20/20
  8. Plank up to kneeling push up x 10

Don’t slow down before the new year, and stay on track throughout the next 2 weeks. I promise you’re going to enjoy the beginning of 2016 a lot more if you don’t slack or binge 🙂 Not saying you shouldn’t enjoy yourself during the holidays, just be mindful and don’t give in to unreasonable temptations. I’m constantly posting new recipes that are healthy and delicious. Have you tried the No Bake, Low Sugar, Low Carb Pudding Pie? It’s SO GOOD!

          I’m glad it’s better! I’m a bit better, 1st day back to work. Able to do a lot more wo’s , but still a bit restricted with my new groovy ankle brace,lol. Some things still hurt the foot so I just stay away right now. But thankfully I’m on the mend. Thank you! Stay healthy!!

            Oh but you are back! I hope you are able to sit o e afternoon and search through zuzkas database to set the weekly schedule that would suit your injury! Amazing, look your recovering ankle pushes you to do more digging into zgadzam m library and expand your experience about how to keep in style despite that naughty ankle of yours, without further hurting it, you’ll rock it, if you have your schedule, post it please? Perhaps some other I jured soul can use it as well 👏🤗👏🤗👏🤗😍
