Workout Breakdown
Challenge: Time Challenge
Duration: 20+ Minutes
- Front lunge knee up x 10/10
- Dead lift / front raise / squat & press x 10
- Kneeling short leg lifts x 20 + stationary lunge x 10 ( repeat on other leg)
- Dumbbell V-raise to Bridge x 20
- Weighted overhead criss-cross crunches x 20

Congratulations if you’ve been following this series and got to this point! It’s a huge step forward and you should be proud of your progress. This routine is the hardest so far, but that’s as far as we go in terms of intensity in Bunny Slope Workouts. If you feel like you need more time to get used to this, keep following along. I started with your bunny slope series 19.6.2017. because I wanted to workout with low intensity training during summer (I really can’t stand exercising on high temperatures. today is my fifth week. I workout every video 3 times. On sunday I completed ninth video, and this week I workout like you suggested MON – wo 1 & 2 etc. I use 8 pounds dumbbells. I really like this program and your style. Really cant’t wait to complete this and to join your Zgym

I wonder if I should add those extra 15 kilos still sitting on my body (13 lost already) to the dumbbell weight…. π , will be interesting to do this again when that extra is gone, can’t wait !

Loved this! Just joined ZGYM today but have been doing the Bunny Slope workouts on YouTube for 9 days now. Love how these are easy to do, but are also killers! It’s a great way to get into the habit of working out and getting back to fitness! Did mine with 8 lb weights and my arms and abs can definitely feel it!

Hi Alena, I’d like to fix it but I’m not sure how yet π where exactly are you looking at these workouts? Did you go through the Search or somewhere else? We don’t have them listed as a Workout Series, we have them as a Program and in the program they’re all there in a particular order.
