Get in Shape for Summer and win $100!

Some of you ZGYM members may have already submitted your before pictures from the contest I started last week in the Summer Shred workout #2 post but I’ve still been receiving some late entries the last couple days so I wanted to allow everyone, who may have missed it, an opportunity to enter!
Here’s the deal, my Summer Shred workout series is already started on May 18th and I want to help motivate everyone to work hard and get amazing results. I’m offering a $100 Amazon.com gift card to 5 lucky winners who complete the summer shred workout series and send me their before and after pictures. Anyone who enters and shows at least a little visible change will be put into a raffle and chosen at random, I’ll film the raffle and announce the winners in a video on my YouTube channel for everyone to see.
The Summer Shred workout series is 5 weeks long and I started sharing the workouts on Monday May 18th so if you haven’t already began, you’ll have to start NOW with week #1 and continue from there with week #2 and so on until you’ve completed all 5 weeks of the Summer Shred workouts. This contest is only open to members of my ZGYM who follow the weekly workout schedules so if you aren’t already a member you can JOIN NOW and not only get in great shape for the summer but also get a chance to win $100 to spend at Amazon.com!
To give everyone a fair chance to win, I’ll have the contest officially begin on Monday June 1st, I must receive you before pictures by end of day on Sunday in order to qualify. Starting on Monday you’ll have 5 weeks, until Monday July 6th to get me your after progress photos. I will gather all the submissions and film the raffle live and release it Friday, July 10th. Make sure you’re subscribed to my channel so you don’t miss it! 😉
Below are instructions for submitting your pictures. I need to make sure the pictures are current so if you have a newspaper showing the date OR a computer/ mobile device with my most recent blog post showing that works too. Your photos could appear on my website and social media so please try to get a good quality pictures. You don’t have to show your face, the most important factor is that I know it’s a recent picture and I can clearly see your progress when it’s over (wearing a bikini or sports bra/ shorts if you’re a girl and just shorts if you’re a guy). I took an example to show you below!
I know the date is backward in the mirror but that’s fine, I am still able to determine what date it is. Also, don’t forget it can be a newspaper or a computer or mobile device to identify what day it is.
It’s not necessary for the contest but it could be helpful for you to take measurements or record your weight before you begin, just so you know how far you’ve come when it’s over. Good luck and I can’t wait to see your progress pictures. REMEMBER don’t sabotage your training with a bad diet! 😉

Zuzka, thank you so much for giving some of us a chance to participate even with a late start! I’m starting with week one tomorrow. (Sunday will be my “Monday,” two weeks late… Whatever!) I’ll send my “before” picture before my workout in the morning, and I’m going to try REALLY hard to have a clean diet! Thanks for all the diet tips. The best advice I’ve ever heard, which you have repeated for years, is to strive for consistency rather than perfection in your exercise and diet. Thanks for all of your encouragement!
