I know it’s hard sometimes to keep motivated and stay consistent with your training every day BUT I’m here to tell you it is worth it. When you feel like taking a break or being lazy on any given day just remind yourself why you’re doing it!
Here are some before and after transformation pictures I’ve received over the last couple years, proving that if you do my workouts, you will see results. My workouts are short and super effective especially if you combine them with good nutrition.

Very inspiring!!! Congrats to all of you. I love all your workouts, Zuzka. Even if I attended some classes in my gym (24hour fitness LA downtown and Koreatown) such as Zumba and Yoga, I’m still doing yours before these classes and if I don’t have time, I do it after. I feel tough every time I was doing your routines and I feel proud after. Some of my colleagues amazed how strong I am and I thank you for that. My problem that I am noticing is I’m not really losing some fat percentage. This year, I will start following your food journal or your suggestion about nutrition from your book. OMG, I gotta order it now. I forgot. I was so busy cleaning and reorganizing my apartment and I just finished before I checked your site. 😛 Again, thank you SO much. I’m a regular ZGym freak workout follower. Though, I don’t see progress on my fat %, it won’t stop me. I just keep going and won’t stop. 🙂

I needed this today. It will be my 3rd year that I am saying to myself that this summer I will be in the best shape of my life. I have still not achieved it. I have decided that I need to K.I.S.S. (keep it simple stupid…which I am turning this into “keep it simple sweetie”). My options to be part of such articles with great progress pics is to:
1. be disciplined and consistent in the training (sometimes I get distracted with other programs/sports). Track my records and use Zgym as the backbone.
2. make efforts to have quick/easy/healthy/delicious food. Food is my main pitfall, I am currently looking into a smart electronic cooker to help getting back my cooking mojo.
3.(optional, but really getting on my mental): getting my tummy skin back. Though loosing weight is great, I have loose skin and stretchmarks (due to pregrancies) and I should do all what is possible to achieve this.
Maybe I will be able to share such photos one day when I will LGN.
