Hey guys, today I decided to have a little bit of fun and use an unconventional exercise equipment. A kitchen pot. It’s ok, you can roll your eyes and think I’m silly, but make sure to watch the video, because you’ll get some tips on how to use the pot to practice exercises that are really challenging and also how to add challenge to exercises that are quite easy. Have fun!
Here’s the entire list of my EXERCISE EQUIPMENT
Bunny Slope Beginner Workout Program – Free 9 week program for complete beginners
Cardio and Strength Starter Program – Once you finish Bunny Slope Program, you can continue building your strength and improving your fitness with this 6 week program for Beginner / Intermediates

Hey warriors and Zuzka! I have my first Tough Mudder tomorrow morning and I’m super pumped! All my training has been with the Zgym and I feel very confident! I did my regular workout today but this evening before bed I want to do a good stretching and recovery routine. And probably again tomorrow Evening after the event. Any one have a favorite power yoga or S&T they recommend after intense training?? 🙂

Hey Dawn, I wish you good luck and a lot of strength for the Tough Mudder. I hope you’ll show them up! I would recommend some deep tissue massage: https://zuzkalight.com/zgym/deep-tissue-massage-stretching/ and it can be followed by another easy pace Stretch & Tone such as this one: https://zuzkalight.com/zgym/stretch-tone-workout-6/

Thank you zuzka! I had so much fun at the mudder! Even though im pmsing (terrible timing ugh) and sleep deprived with a 5 month old i was very well prepared physically thanks to zgym! I got nicknamed “rabbit” for running ahead of my group to scope out the next obstacle and running back (because I was the most athletic and needed the extra challenge) 👍 Not even really sore from it today. Will enjoy my S&T this morning before I have to go do yard work.

Zuzka, you are so creative! That was so much fun! I started imaging what other equipment from my kitchen I could use for working out…. lol. I just love how you keep me motivated with new exercises and ideas such as this! I hope there will be more of your ‘pot’ workouts going forward!!!
Thank you so much!

Using the pot for pistols was helpful. Made it easier for me to stand up although I think I’m putting too much pressure on the ball of my foot and not using the heel to power up. Thank you Z for the fun wo

This was hilarious! It’s a great point that you make: Everyone has exercise equipment. No excuses.
I did this with my pot. I did the reptile push ups with a foot elevated for more difficulty. I did this after Killer Legs #10 and surfed early this morning. Awesome workout today!

I have ducks in my pond too! It’s so nice to see them come back again but I haven’t seen any ducklings yet. Please show us if your couple has any ducklings this year.
