Zuzka Stretching

Hey guys, today I decided to have a little bit of fun and use an unconventional exercise equipment. A kitchen pot. It’s ok, you can roll your eyes and think I’m silly, but make sure to watch the video, because you’ll get some tips on how to use the pot to practice exercises that are really challenging and also how to add challenge to exercises that are quite easy. Have fun!

Here’s the entire list of my EXERCISE EQUIPMENT

No excuses because we all have a cooking pot! That was delightful and what a great workout. You are the best at motivating and inspiring and anyone who lets ducks move in is A-Okay in my book!

This one was FANTASTIC!!! I loved it–super great push-ups–i only used the pot for #s 4 and 5, I couldn’t stand on it, because the handles come slightly above the lip, making it rock back and forth, and i did all reptiles without! 😀
Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic! 12 minutes, 2nd round, 4 of number 4. I loved it!! Hope to get two full rounds next time!
    Thanks, Zuzka!! You’re amazing!

without a family to cook for, my big pot will now get more use in my workouts than it has been receiving in the kitchen…

Thanks for showing this modification with the reptile push ups. I tend to avoid many of your routines due to past wrist/elbow injuries but I am getting stronger and I don’t want to baby myself too much. I’m going to find five 5-minute time challenges to ease myself into going at a faster pace. I don’t like time challenges because moving at a fast pace with exercises I haven’t mastered scares my body. Once you suffer injury you don’t want to go back and it takes longer and longer to recover as we age. I’m going to do these over and over until I get down to less than 5 minutes then find a new one. This will be my second workout of the day.

    animal lover 🙂
absolutely love it, me and my husband are always leaving the old wood or whats nots in the farer corners of our garden to create little heavens for creatures, our dog does respect the wildlife and only doesn’t like other dogs, the rest of the animals he observes and leaves in peace unless they try to get to his bone (then he SOMETIMES chases them away) 😀
