ZWOW #5
Fitness | January 13, 2015
Hi guys,
Here’s another one of the older ZWOW routines. This one is great for ALL LEVELS and really good for beginners. It’s quite easy and chill workout. I think it’s a great recovery routine that I’m sure you’ll enjoy after the past 2 days of high intensity training.
On another note, I was thinking about doing some new Coffee Talk videos and I was wondering if there’s anything you’d like me to discuss. I will appreciate any ideas and your suggestions.
Best,
Z.
Workout Breakdown:
1. Bicep curl to overhead press x 10
2. Med Ball mountain climbers x 30
3. Sumo Dead lift high pull x 10
4. Comp Burpees x 5

Cool Down & Stretching
12 minute AMRAP. Go through this circuit as many times as possible and don’t stop until the 12 minute countdown is up. What counts is the amount of reps total.

Great recovery workout! I love the idea that people have thrown out there about you and Jesse doing a coffee talk together. I’d be interested to hear you both talk about body image and self confidence from both sides of the gender equation =)

I agree with others that already have commented for me I am interested to hear about nutrition maybe have a list of options for breakfast lunch and dinner that can provide guidance on what we should follow. I think you should have a section for FAQ’s so you dont find yourself repeating answers to the same questions. As a woman I want to build strength and muscle not like a man but yes I want to acheive a very toned image I have lost the weight and now I am working on building more strength and muscle definition.I have been working out consistently for the past 10 months and will continue to workout I still have so much more to accomplish. You have said that you drink your coffee before your workouts do you use BCAA and if yes how do incorporate this into your schedule? I would like to hear about future plans with regards to your ZGYM? As far as personal information thats a personal preference and if you share it with us great and if you don’t I think I can speak for the rest of us we understand. Did you ever finalize your divorce?

This was hard if you pushed
I did exactly 5 rounds, used 25 lbs dumbbells and a 40 lbs kettlebell and added tuck jumps to the burpees ๐

Hi Zuzka! I always love your workout gear, you should start a line of your own! I would definitely buy. Actually, while I’m suggesting things – I’d love to see a feature on this new website where I could save the workouts I want to do this week (or just my favorite workouts I’ve done thus far). Kind of like a personal playlist.

I know your 5-min workouts and your new and re-made ZWOWs are free to anyone, Z Gym and non Z Gym members, and are also on YouTube, but could you also also add the “5-min workout” and “ZWOW” categories under the Z Gym tab so that all your workouts can be found easily in one place? Just like you have the other workouts organized (Body Shred, Kettlebells, etc.)??? That would be sooo helpful!!!
