Motivational Transformations
Fitness | January 06, 2016
I know it’s hard sometimes to keep motivated and stay consistent with your training every day BUT I’m here to tell you it is worth it. When you feel like taking a break or being lazy on any given day just remind yourself why you’re doing it!
Here are some before and after transformation pictures I’ve received over the last couple years, proving that if you do my workouts, you will see results. My workouts are short and super effective especially if you combine them with good nutrition.

zuzka i’m new to your site and loving it. have been doing the bunny slope workouts for the past two weeks. can you please talk about how to overcome “skinny-fat”? i’m trying to avoid cardio and but as I age it seems to be getting worse. I don’t get results from working out as fast as I like to and then I get discouraged. how long will it take to change my body type?

Hi Lulu, You should really engage in more intense workouts, however if you’re a beginner, you need to work on your strength first, so it’s really good that you’re starting with the Bunny Slope Series. I would not recommend to avoid cardio. Long distance, and low intensity running type of cardio or aerobic class is obviously not good for your goal and body type. High intensity cardio however is going to improve your strength, endurance, and muscle tone. You have to start activating fast twitch muscle fibers in order to see fast results in terms of burning fat and building some muscles. Sprints, lifting or high intensity workouts that I do in the ZGYM is the type of exercise you need to engage in. I would suggest you to join ZGYM and start following the Beginner Program which is 11 weeks long. It will give you enough time to improve your strength and cardio and get you ready for my high intensity workouts. The beginner series uses basic exercises and pushes you hard enough for you to start seeing results.
