Description
This is a 6 week program for beginners that don’t have any exercise equipment, because for this program you don’t need any. Just yourself and an exercise mat. This program is designed to raise your heart rate and help you to get leaner, stronger and more flexible. Each workout is going to be a little different to keep you on your toes and to make your training more fun. I have no doubt you’re going to enjoy every Cardio Kickbox, Full Body and Stretch/Mobility days that are included in each week. The workouts are 15-20 minutes long on average which makes it super easy to fit them into a busy schedule. And thanks to the variety of the workouts, you can repeat this program as many times as you want. This program has the ability to get you to the intermediate level and I have no doubt, you’ll be hooked enough to even get some basic exercise equipment. A lot of ZGYM members say that they can’t imagine not doing their daily ZGYM workouts!! That can be you.

Is 6 weeks enough to get amazing results? Well, in 6 weeks you’ll definitely see and feel the difference, and when you do, you might want to keep going depending on what your goals is. You can repeat this program as many times as you want.
Fitness Level:
This program is for beginners. If you can walk up a flight of stairs in a slow pace without taking long breaks, then this program might be for you.
