1. Deadlift jump lunge x 10

2. Pull up to ballerina squat (x2) x 5

3. Push up to Backward lunge twist x 10 alt sides

4. Hanging Leg lift to Pistol Squat x 10 alt. legs

I’ve been working a lot for the past few months and need to take the entire weekend to get my mind off projects and just enjoy myself. Sometimes you need to do that so you can come back with clean head and motivated to get back to work. Jesse and I are going to Vegas today and I will try the Instagram live for the first time, so if  you want to follow along, make sure to follow my IG account @ZuzkaLight.

This is just a bonus workout on top of your main ZGYM workout for today, which is 15 Minute Fit Slide #15X.

Tips for this Workout:

Equipment: Dumbbells (12lbs with flat edges), pull up bar, kettlebell (26lbs)

    Loved it!!! The combos were a lot of fun ☺ I found that exercise #3 (Push up to Backward lunge twist) was really hard! Have a nice day everyone XO

    Fun combos, but I couldn’t keep pace with Z. I did 15 min Fit Slide first, and it wore me out!

    Hi Zuzka, The #1 & #3 were hard. I really enjoyed them a lot better on my second time ;-). I loved the Hanging Leg lift to Pistol Squat! Super nice wo! xoxo

    P.S: I was super slow on my pistols ;-). I added a couple of cork cup coaster to help with my balance. It worked super well!

    Hi Zu and friends…I am saving this one to other day…today I am not sure if I will go to Muay Thai class because I am really tired so I think I will just do a JR workout of 15 min and few mountain climbers for the plank challenge. See you all, take care.

    LOVED this 5 minute FUN workout! I completed this right after the scheduled 15 minute fit slide, even better!! These combos were so great. I thought I was coming down with a cold today and was almost thinking about skipping my workout today but I’m so happy that I didn’t, maybe I even sweat out the sickness, lol. Wishful thinking, but I feel so good. Thank you Zuz 🙂

    My pull up bar goes in a door way with a small stair well. Doing pistols standing leg on the second step is a great modification. I still go down to a full pistol, as my butt comes down to touch the step above, gives me the extra bit of support to use stand back up again. Just what I need as I think its ankle mobility the hinders my consistent effort with pistols.

    While fun it was challenging! I did it after the #15 fit slide. The last exercise with the pistol squat… I just ended up on the floor even though I used the door to slide down and I couldn’t get back up. Lol! I really do need to recharge. I purchased some of the pre-workout blend so maybe it will give me some extra energy. Have to run, two hungry cats won’t give me any peace.
