Workout Breakdown
Challenge: Time Challenge
Duration: 5-10 Minutes
1. Deadlift jump lunge x 10
2. Pull up to ballerina squat (x2) x 5
3. Push up to Backward lunge twist x 10 alt sides
4. Hanging Leg lift to Pistol Squat x 10 alt. legs
I’ve been working a lot for the past few months and need to take the entire weekend to get my mind off projects and just enjoy myself. Sometimes you need to do that so you can come back with clean head and motivated to get back to work. This was crazy! I loved it. I happened to choose Fit Slide 15 two days ago without realizing you had suggested it, haha. So I decided to do this 5 min workout 3 times instead yesterday. It was intense and definitely an effective workout! I especially enjoyed #1, but also that you combined intense upper body movements with lower body movements that require control. So good.

wow that really kicked my butt today but I loved it. I especially liked the lunge push up twist one that was fun. I had a hard time with balance but it was a good challenge I love the harder work outs I can tell I am getting stronger;))

Tough one! You weren’t even out of breath after the deadlift jump lunge and I was dying and this is after working out with you daily. I’ve noticed a big increase in your muscle definition just from replaying workouts from your previous house. What do you think is the main reason? Black diamond and upper body inferno? Thanks, Zuzka for another great day!

Hi Zu and friends…I did this workout yesterday along with 5 min #111. I modified the first exercise because my left wrist is not fine yet so I would not do it in proper form, I did only jump with the kb without putting it on ground and lifting again. Also pistols I used the power band to help me up since my pistols improved a lot but still I can not get up by myself standing on left leg. See you all, take care.
