1. Deadlift jump lunge x 10

2. Pull up to ballerina squat (x2) x 5

3. Push up to Backward lunge twist x 10 alt sides

4. Hanging Leg lift to Pistol Squat x 10 alt. legs

I’ve been working a lot for the past few months and need to take the entire weekend to get my mind off projects and just enjoy myself. Sometimes you need to do that so you can come back with clean head and motivated to get back to work.     Love this! Love pistol squats. Getting better at them. The backward lunges/kettlebell were intense after the other workout. LOVE LOVE!

    Zuzka, I love this “Deadlift jump lunge”. I love challenging myself to land in the right position. I prefer this method vs. cardio style jump lunges. Thank you! The Pull Up Bar to Ballerina Squat is another favorite. It’s not something you would find in the ‘upper body/abs basics’ series and I love pull up combos.

    I loved the first exercise I think it’s the first time I do this combo and it was challenging indeed! There are many exercise combos in these 5 min workouts series that i would love to see combined in one long advanced workout!
    Doing these 5 min workouts before work in the morning feels energising 🤩 Thank you Z
