    I added this as my bonus in the kitchen while waiting for my coffee to be brewed (I do all sliding workouts in the kitchen because of the perfect sliding floor). That last exercise felt so elegant in my body.
    I also found out that although I cleaned floors last Saturday, it is messy again!!!😡🤣
    I don’t need a coffee now as I feel so energized (but I am going to drink it anyway 😋).
