    After the 15 minute slide workout, I thought I was not going to be able to do this bonus workout. But I gave it a try and did it! I feel great now and moving to my 5 minute jump rope homework. Thanks everybody for sharing your enthusiasm and specially to Zuzka who keeps us challenged and motivated! Happy Friday!

    I hate to say it but not a fan of the music I find it distracting. I don’t mean to be a downer 🙂

    I did this today with new bands. I decided to try X bands. I can say with full confidence that they are very, very sturdy and thick, and much more difficult than that green band that Zuzka is using (I’ve had two of those and broken both), as well as the Power Systems brand. The X bands costs a bit more, but the heavy booty band is so heavy (80 lbs) that I could barely do #3 and #4 without dying! Haha. I used the medium band to do #1, 2, and 5. The heavy band is better for workouts when your aim is to complete the set in a certain amount of time. The medium, I think is better for HIIT because the heavy band requires more time and focus and exertion to resist. With the right bands for me (I guess I have strong legs) this workout is a perfect add on!!

    love it but my power band keep rolling up. Any ideas what I do. I have the heavy but like zuzka’s band.
