Challenge: Time Challenge
Duration: 5-10 Minutes
  1. 40 reps - Step Up - (L x20)(R x20)
  2. 20 reps - Squat Jumps (on stairs)
  3. 10 reps - Legs Elevated Push Up with Reptile Knee Tuck
  4. 40 reps - Mountain Sliders
  5. 40 reps - Curtsy Lunge to Side Slide Lunge - (L x20)(R x20)

This is just a short bonus on top of your full length ZGYM workout. Try to do it right after while you're still warmed up.

    That was fun!

    Those squats up and down stairs are totally part of basic parkour training! Eventually you want to challenge yourself and go for the next step! Love it. Thank you, Z. I actually added on a bunch of wall jumps (jumping onto the low walls around my property to start training myself back into parkour, now that I may have time for that again!

    I loved the simple, full-body simplicity of this workout. A nice burn out after Cardio Shred 36X. Nice nice!! Thanks!! Have a great weekend!
