- 20 reps - Squat Jumps (on stairs)
- 10 reps - Legs Elevated Push Up with Reptile Knee Tuck
- 40 reps - Mountain Sliders

That was fun!
Those squats up and down stairs are totally part of basic parkour training! Eventually you want to challenge yourself and go for the next step! Love it. Thank you, Z. I actually added on a bunch of wall jumps (jumping onto the low walls around my property to start training myself back into parkour, now that I may have time for that again!
