Challenge: Time Challenge
Duration: 5-10 Minutes

Time Challenge - try to complete in 5 minutes

  1. 10 reps - Kettlebell Squat/ballerina/knee up twist
  2. 20 reps - Side lunge / ballerina side lunge - (L x10)(R x10)
  3. 8 reps - Kettlebell kneeling overhead hip lift / push up
  4. 20 reps - Plank knee tuck side kick - (L x10)(R x10)

    CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR ENGAGEMENT, ZUZKA!!!!!! I’m so happy for you and Jesse. 🙂

    This is definitely a favorite. 🙂 I chose to do Killer Legs #8 today since I went surfing early in the morning (and that’s plenty of upper body and ab right there, when you paddle correctly). I did this one after. I love these combos! I really really love #1, and #3 is rad. This would make an awesome 15 min workout, so I may do that next time. I followed with 50 pendulum-to-regular KB swings and inner thigh lifts with my 40 lbs resistance band.

    The combination of being graduated and having my first real break in years (even though I’m still very busy, but nothing like being overtime in Chinese Medicine school), sleeping more, eating better, having more time for things I’ve put off for years, like simple pleasures, rearranging and redecorating my room, getting rid of things, re-organizing my life…….all of that, and I swear I am much more effective in my workouts, not getting tired, beating all my PRs, energy all through the day. And maybe the hemp oil I’m taking has something to do with it. 😉 I’m beginning to see a 6-pack definition. Not super defined (which is OK for me), but it’s there.
