Challenge: Time Challenge
Duration: 5-10 Minutes
Time Challenge - try to complete in 5 minutes
- 10 reps - Kettlebell Squat/ballerina/knee up twist
- 20 reps - Side lunge / ballerina side lunge - (L x10)(R x10)
- 8 reps - Kettlebell kneeling overhead hip lift / push up
- 20 reps - Plank knee tuck side kick - (L x10)(R x10)

Made this one a 12 minute and loved it!! I had to jump the feet forward from the push ups, because with a smooth wood floor, I just dragged the mat with my feet 😛 But that’s ok, it gave me a little cardio boost.
