BunnySlopeWorkout_20_post

This is the last workout in this beginner series, but don’t be sad I will have something else for all of you. I’ve been putting together a workout program for those of you who really like the Bunny Slopes and before I post the calendar, here’s the link to the entire Bunny Slope Workout Series.

Starting next week, our Wednesdays are now going to focus on skill training in the new Warrior Wednesday Series. I will show you how to best practice and progress in Pull-ups, Push-Ups, Clapping Push Ups, One arm Push-Ups, Pistol Squats, Double Unders, Handstands, Splits and other challenging exercises that you’d like to get good at. It’s going to be fun to focus at least once a week just on practicing and playing with different moves and exercises that challenge you, and make you proud when you master them.

As for yogis, since the trainers are more flexible, it tends to tell us steps that we can’t even take yet. So I hope the new series will have you Zuzka , put yourself in our shoes (e.g. I can’t do a full squat with heels on ground) Most of these exercises that require strength, will also need working on flexibility (to be sure we can be in good posture). Looking forward to it.

I’m super excited about the new series as I’ ‘ve just started my adventure with pull up bars 🙂 besides after some time here in a Zgym I’ m strong enough to improve advanced exercises like pistols, handstand and so on thank you Zuzka so so much 🙂

I know I can’t wait for this new series:) I will never be able to do a pistol squat however, my knee literally crunches when I try it lol. So I take that one off the table!

This was harder than it looked initially. I am sweating buckets here but feel good. I used 8 lb dumb bells and did full pushups keeping an eye to my form and took 20:30.

Looking forward to this new series! My weaknesses are splits and handstands. I’ve been using the Arm Balance challenge routines and they’re awesome but it will be nice to work with Warriors and see everyone’s progress. As always, thanks Z! My New Years resolution this year was to work out everyday an so far I’ve kept that resolution mainly in part to the ZGYM.Feeling good!

This one was challenging! I’m following your daily workout routine, and usually the Bunny Slope workouts were ‘my active rest day’ but this one…. made me sweat a lot 😅 Plus my legs were sore from yesterday Killer Legs workout 😜 Can’t wait for the new series!!!

Zuzka can I make a suggestion for you to do an activation video to ise as a warm up and prep prior to our workouts for e.g. a core/glute activation/warm up. This would be particularly useful on the intense lower body workout days. Also it will help us get the best out of your awesome workouts and reduce risks of injury.
I have been doing some activation work as a warm up but I feel this is something missing in the Zgym that a lot of Warriorz could benefit from.
It has been a while since you’ve refreshed the warm up routine anyway has ot not 😄

Looking forward to “practice Wednesdays” 👍

Totally agree. I made the same suggestion a while ago. Seems like more activation stuff is starting to be worked into the strength circuits using bands, but it would be really useful to have a specific video on it.

Another awesome wo, Zuzka!!! I used 15 lb DBs for Round 1 & 3, then for Round 2 a pair of 10lb DBs, except #2- 15lb DBs. It was intense and my arms are on fire!!! xoxo
