BunnySlopeWorkout_20_post

This is the last workout in this beginner series, but don’t be sad I will have something else for all of you. I’ve been putting together a workout program for those of you who really like the Bunny Slopes and before I post the calendar, here’s the link to the entire Bunny Slope Workout Series.

Starting next week, our Wednesdays are now going to focus on skill training in the new Warrior Wednesday Series. I will show you how to best practice and progress in Pull-ups, Push-Ups, Clapping Push Ups, One arm Push-Ups, Pistol Squats, Double Unders, Handstands, Splits and other challenging exercises that you’d like to get good at. It’s going to be fun to focus at least once a week just on practicing and playing with different moves and exercises that challenge you, and make you proud when you master them.

Wow, those hollow scissors and leg lifts at the end!
I’ve been sick for a couple days, so this was my first workout back. Took me thirty minutes to complete because I’m still a little sick and had to rest a lot.
Used a 10 lb. sand ball for exercises 1 and 3, and a 15 lb. kettle bell for the bent over rows.
    Thanks for the workout, Zuzka!

Oh no! It should be there. Do you mean the full post, or the mini-schedule on the sidebar? Also, are you viewing on a mobile device, or desktop computer?

I mean the full post I can still see the side bar one when I turn my iPad and oh by the way! I also don’t see the warm up and cool down links on the bunny slope #20 in case someone forgot? 🙂 absolutely love this site just don’t know if anyone has pointed it out yet

All I have to say is DAMN! That was tougher than it looked. I used 10lb dumbbells for all of the exercises to include the Santana push ups. And for the ab exercise I added a butt lift for an extra challenge.

Yes, I agree with the others that this one felt harder than the others… but it felt good! My fitness has noticeably improved since I began the Bunny Slope series & I have been able to increase the weight I was using. I feel ready to increase the difficulty!

Thanks Zuzka, for making this starter series!

I’m also excited about the new series! Pull ups are awesome & I now plan to be able to do them by my next birthday! I hope you will have something about pistol squats. They also look impressive & I can’t do them yet.

Hi Zu and friends…I did this last bunny slope wo pending on my list. And man…it was quite hard. I did sweat and hated it while doing…thought of doing only two rounds but I did not give up! My shoulders and upper back are sore due to arm balances practice. I did last abs exercise lifting the legs and butt off the ground. Also did 46 M burpees and as buy out abductor press with power band-40 reps and clams with band-30/30. Done for the day. Yoga practice in the evening. See you all, take care.

    1st time- 18th Apr 2016- 3 rounds-21:07 (3kg). Buy out- abductor press-40 reps, clams-30/30

I opted to do this workout instead of today’s scheduled workout. For all the exercises I used my 10lb db and added them to the Santana push ups. This was a good workout and not just for beginners.

And I also did a butt lift on the ab exercise.
