i LOVE this! great for first thing in the morning, every morning. quick, fun, and “easy” (haha) morning cardio. works all my body but not enough to ever make me sore or be too much if i am sore. and time goes by SO FASSSSST!!! i can repeat it every morning first thing and vary things a bit but i love all these exercises, so i won’t dread it. sweeeeet! gracias! 😀

Zuzka, great morning! I just crushed this workout for the 1st time. I love to compete and strive to get to your level in each workout. For this workout, I do not see your # of reps for me to push for as a benchmark. Is there a glitch where we cant see your completed # of reps?
On another note, I LOVE your workouts and have been riding with you since 2016! Keep the amazing intense workouts coming!! 🙂

Holy ****!! I’ve never done jump rope intervals before!! Wow!! Wanted to die after 2 rounds – put that thought away & completed the 3rd round better than the other 2!! 💥 only counted reps for the body weight exercises. Averaged 5 burpee/round, 25 reps side lunge jump/round & 22 reptile/round. Transformation Challenge day 8, Workout #2.
