    I am not a beginner, however I am choosing this work out for today. The last couple workouts have left me sore and I do not want to have an injury. That still gives me a good workout! I will continue spending more time stretching and using my foam roller.

    I’m not a beginner either but I love these HIIT style workouts! I’ll do this tomorrow for warm up! I just saw she’s preparing summer shred series so now I’m sooooo excited!!! 😬😬

    I generally do the X workouts but I love this one, it’s so straightforward but still really tough!! Great for days like today when I’m distracted πŸ™‚

    7 month pregnant and still following Zuzka in the beginner daily, today was hard but felt nice! She keeps me feeling good and i never felt better than now, even with the extra 20lbs baby weight <3

    Modest unpopular workout πŸ’— Probably no one in the 4,5 year life of this routine was waiting for it as much as I did 🀩 I chose it last Friday as the first real workout for the time when I can do something other Postural and Mob therapy. I can now! Beautiful workout! I’m so happy today! πŸ˜‡

        Thank you so much! 🌷 This is a nice fast and simple workout, great if you have little time and don’t want to fill your head with difficult combos of exercises. I hope, you like it! πŸ€— Yes, I hurt my lower back doing kettlebell pendulums. I never liked this exercise, to be honest, so it took revenge on me πŸ˜…
