Desserts - Z-Shred Meal Plan

Here are the listed ingredients for each dessert. Look through, pick a dessert and then click on the title (with the link) to get the cooking instructions. And remember that even though these desserts won’t spike your sugar levels, you can still gain unwanted weight if you eat too much 🙂 watch your portion sizes and listen to your satiety signals.

 

Low Carb Coconut Chocolate Bonbons:

3/4 cup coconut manna

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup almond butter

3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

3-4 tbsp Swerve Sweetener

1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder (optional if you want to have these as your delicious pre workout snack)

* You don’t have to be exact with the ingredients and feel free to taste as you go to add whatever ingredient you want to your liking. You can also substitute with any nut butter you want and make your own flavor of chocolate.

 

An ounce or less of good dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa) – Store Bought Snack

 

Low Carb Carrot Walnut Cake

3 cups almond flour
5 large eggs
1/4 Algae oil (or coconut oil)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup Swerve sweetener (erythritol)
1 tbsp honey
3 cups grated carrots
1 cup walnuts coarsely chopped
1 cup raisins
8 oz cream cheese (Philadelphia)
6 tbsp butter
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp powdered Swerve sweetener 1/4 tsp lemon extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

 

Low Carb Caramel Pecan Bars

2 cups Almond flour
1/3 cup Coconut oil (melted)
2 tbsp grass-fed butter
2 tbsp Erythritol
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Erythritol
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
3/4 tsp Sea salt (adjust to taste) 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

1/4 tsp Maple extract
1 cup Pecans (chopped coarsely, divided)

 

Coconut Joy Chocolate Tart

1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp powdered sugar substitute (I use Swerve)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sweetener (I use Swerve)
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 oz unsweetened chocolate finely chopped (100 % cocoa) 2 tbsp powdered sugar substitute (Swerve)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

 

Frozen Dessert with Fat Burner
1 serving Zuzka’s Pre-Workout Protein Blend with Botanical Fat Burner
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp mixed seeds, nuts, dried fruit and dark chocolate pieces (optional)

1 cup blanche almond flour

2 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
1 tbsp finely grind espresso coffee beans
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
6 tbsp Swerve sweetener
3 tbsp nuts and dried fruit
6 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
6 tbsp butter, melted
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup Swerve Sweetener, granulated
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup frozen raspberries and blueberries
1/4 cup Swerve sweetener
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
1 tbsp butter

        The shred plan has way too much dairy and I’m allergic is it possible to switch to the plant based?
