    Did this one today, no time so I wanted to squeeze at least a 5 minute in, and what a 5 minute it was!!! Fast paced tough one! Love this one!

    Added this one today, a few hours after control and cardio 3, love this one, it’s my go to, still no jumping but not a bad burn for 5 minutes!!!

    this was a nightmare :D:D:D my quads are burning! i did 74 reps in 5 minutes and literally was crawling at the last four reps :D:D
    upper body 5 now ufff

    Nice bonus for today, earlier I did my wo for upper body and abs shred program, the wo for handstand program and my pistol practice, 30 on each leg getting up from my box.

    it was my buy out from SS#16 😜 4:32 and I added 20 knee hugs to make it 5-ish minutes 😉
