this was a nightmare :D:D:D my quads are burning! i did 74 reps in 5 minutes and literally was crawling at the last four reps :D:D

Nice bonus for today, earlier I did my wo for upper body and abs shred program, the wo for handstand program and my pistol practice, 30 on each leg getting up from my box.
