loved the style of this one! even though I like working out with weights, sometimes I appreciate the fact that I don’t have to get together all the pieces of equipment and can just jump into the workout quickly. especially for the 5 minute workouts I like to keep it bodyweight 😉

Wow, I did it after Jump rope slide workout. The first is the big killer! This 5 minutes is something completely killer! Those exercises seem to be from old school, which I very like!
