  1. 10 reps - One leg toe tap on the ball - alt.
  2. 10 reps - Knee tuck roll to push up on the ball
  3. 10 reps - Pass the ball
  4. 10 reps - Shoulder taps - alt.
  5. 20 reps - One leg elevated leg lift - (L x10)(R x10)

    I have been adding 5 minute Fat Burning WO #57 on swiss ball as a bonus once a week so this was perfect! I found the shoulder taps challenging to keep my balance. And have been adding 2 min. plank this week so my shoulders are so sore. definitely a new favourite!

    I don’t have my exercise ball at the moment so I used a sofa. I was even wiped out after that, and I know for sure using the ball would be a lot more challenging. Amazing and effective ab workout, will have to implement this regularly as I want to improve my balance on the ball.

    zuzka I have an idea what do you think about decorative journal notebook that includes all your series and the workout breakdown so we can record our score on each exercises. then we can see better what we need to work on. Just a suggestion
    maybe you can sell this in your store. For the zgym member that would like to do this.

    I did three rounds of this today plus some additional weight training and push ups as a burn out. I’m gonna regret this tomorrow. 😀 great workout, I always enjoy balance ball exercises!

    This was a good ab burn!! Miss the ball. I have been revisiting Black Diamond and arm balance series as I’m not quite ready for Inferno series yet. This was a fun ab bonus.

    Loved, loved, loved this workout! I adore anything that incorporates the stability ball. I was already so sweaty and spent after JRC, so it felt extra hard.
