  1. 10 reps - One leg toe tap on the ball - alt.
  2. 10 reps - Knee tuck roll to push up on the ball
  3. 10 reps - Pass the ball
  4. 10 reps - Shoulder taps - alt.
  5. 20 reps - One leg elevated leg lift - (L x10)(R x10)

    this is great! Any tips for my risks, they hurt really bad when i’m doing anything like this, lots of pushups – other upper body work but it’s some of my favorite workouts but it causes me to have to stop and not be able to finish when I still have a lot more energy. 🙁

    holy moley;) after black diamond, I found this one so hard to keep up with Z… and when I finished, I felt like I’d have done 15 min instead of only 5!!!:)… and thi is why I love it so much:)))))

    This was already one of my favorites and I must say that after the Upper Body & Abs Inferno, my abs and arms were shaking by the end of this bonus workout 😅
