Challenge: Time Challenge
Duration: 5-10 Minutes
  1. 40 reps - Step Up - (L x20)(R x20)
  2. 20 reps - Squat Jumps (on stairs)
  3. 10 reps - Legs Elevated Push Up with Reptile Knee Tuck
  4. 40 reps - Mountain Sliders
  5. 40 reps - Curtsy Lunge to Side Slide Lunge - (L x20)(R x20)

This is just a short bonus on top of your full length ZGYM workout. Try to do it right after while you're still warmed up.

    That was a great continuous burn after the body shred. Had to modified squat steps as only have access to a bench.

    Hi Zuzka, I had to modify the exercises with a chair & I added weights for the jump squats. Also, the last two with the sliders were a leg burner!!! xoxo

    Hi Zuzka,

    I’m a huge fan of your workouts. I’m a vegetarian and have started to take eggs. I do not have fish either.Do you have any suggestions on how to use the Z-Shred meal plan ? I’m keen on doing the plan but I cannot do it due to meat ingredients.
