Challenge: Time Challenge
Duration: 5-10 Minutes
  1. 40 reps - Step Up - (L x20)(R x20)
  2. 20 reps - Squat Jumps (on stairs)
  3. 10 reps - Legs Elevated Push Up with Reptile Knee Tuck
  4. 40 reps - Mountain Sliders
  5. 40 reps - Curtsy Lunge to Side Slide Lunge - (L x20)(R x20)

    I have done this workout outside today. I did mountain climbers instead of mountain sliders and regular curtsy to side lounge instrad of sliding version. Completed 3 rounds. Great wo!

    I miss BIKINI workouts, I loved doing them in bikini too. They are not tagged as such, neither a proper series, so a bit hard to find them back.
    I want to add them in my summer routine.
