Have you ever done a workout in your bikini? It actually feels really good 🙂 Especially this one, where we don’t move that much. It’s a super easy routine, that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized. My thighs are still a little bit sore after the 15 Minute Fat Burn we did yesterday, so this is exactly what I needed for my muscle recovery. How about you? How are you feeling? Do you ever get sore as a result of your training? What do you do to feel better?

So this was my hmmmm, how will I do with something easy for my 1st wo back from Covid. Did well, feelling pretty good, really need some mobility work maybe going to do morning stretch and mobility because my body is killing from sleeping on the couch all week so I don’t get hubby sick. Still have a couple of days left to sleep on the couch, but this will help immensely !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
