Hey guys,

I wanted to post this workout yesterday, but I couldn’t because the internet speed in our apartment in Prague where we’re staying right now is really slow. It crashed on me 2 times during the upload. Uploading a 10-minute video takes 4000 minutes. I don’t even know how many hours that is. Hope you will give it a try and have fun. We were out the night before so I was a little loopy but I think that this workout is exactly what I needed to get my energy back for the day.

I had to wear my Uggs for this workout because I didn’t bring any sneakers and the floors were really cold. It looks a little weird, but it worked πŸ™‚ it was actually very comfortable.

P.S. I thought the Prague castle was visible in the video, but when I said “it’s right behind me” all you can see is just a bright light. We took a bunch of pictures so I will share them later with you. It’s really beautiful here.

    Hi Zu…I did this wo today! Fun and hard if we keep a good form. I tried…except for pistols…I think I am really trying hard to keep a good form. Improving in pistols, specially with right leg. Last exercise is lovely. Status: satisfied. My time: 11:01. See you all, take care.

    12:54 (no hangover! πŸ˜‰) That was HARD! My poor arms… And just before I was going to do Arm Balance Challenge #4! Yikes! I’m a bit late to the game, but I committed to giving the series a try to hopefully build up my upper body strength and flexibility. BTW – doing the crow so much has actually bruised my arms a bit. Anyone else run into this problem while doing the series?
