It takes only 2 weeks of physical inactivity for those of us who are physically fit to lose anywhere between 25 – 30% of our muscular strength. I did have a lot of aerobic exercise on my European vacation, because we walked everywhere and every day for hours. I did not do my workouts however except for the one I shared with you guys from our Prague apartment and the one I did at the meet up with my fans and followers. I did less walking in Paris but we spend hours and hours on our scooters. Then I got sick so this is my first workout after 10 days. I can tell the difference in my stamina and it amazes me how much strength I lost and how much out of breath I got after this workout. I don’t know why, but lack of physical strength makes me feel really uncomfortable, so I’m ready and really excited to get my power back in the ZGYM!

Did this as a cardio finisher to Lifted Butt #15 since it was more strength focused. During the break dance pushups, I leaned to the opposite side of lifted leg during push up to progress for one arm pushups if that makes sense. This was fun!

52 reps in first round, I did it as a 15 min fat burn and did 159 in this time
To be fair I found it very hard, especially lunges right after Burpees jump tuck phew!!! My legs thought the trainers were made of leadππ π
I love to have 5min fat burns as 15 min fat burns Jesus they’re so hard, you wouldn’t think that a 5 sec makes such a difference- I refer to 15 min fat burns that have 45/15 intervals and here I do 50/10
I love everything about zgym, even though I truly swear a lot during working out and often ask ‘ why the f***would you think this is doable’ ermmm I say that with all my love πππππππ€π€π€π€π€π€
