Weekly ZGYM Workout Schedule – The Week Of February 4th

Workout Schedules | February 04, 2018

About the workout schedule

I'm posting new workouts at midnight (PST -8) Los Angeles time zone, before the day starts. You can find this workout schedule on the right side of each page with links to the new workouts included.

Here's the entire list of my EXERCISE EQUIPMENT

Workout Programs for Beginners

If you're a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts,  Jump Rope Cardio, etc.

If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

Here's a 12 week Cardio & Strength Starter Program - If this program turns out to be too hard, you can do the free 9 week  Bunny Slope Program for complete Beginners.

    Zuzka,

I’m curious, is it bad to replace one meal a day with one of your smoothies for 7 days in a row? Or even a month? I’ve been alternating the popeye & cherry vanilla protein smoothie (yummy! 😉 ) because it’s just so easy and then I only have to prep and cook 2 meals a day! I use the Jay robb vanilla whey protein powder as I thought it was a good option and really delicious, but I didn’t know if it is bad to “overload” on protein powder (the one I’ve been using that I hope is Zuzka approved) each week of not. I usually use the other two meals for eggs, grass fed beef, chicken or salmon most days in salads & other recipes you post. Any thoughts?

    All the best,
    Katie

Hi Zuzka, Wondering if I could have your advice…I’m interested in following your diet/lifestyle approach but find keto too rigid and I’m also trying to eat meat only occasionally (actually live in a vegetarian house so I can’t cook meat!) I’ve been looking into the Bulletproof diet as I love bulletproof coffee and the diet approach seems to be a bit more simple. Have you tried this diet? I get intense cravings on my current diet and am finding it hard to lose weight, even with doing your workouts everyday. I also have perioral dermititis so really want to overhaul my diet to help with weight loss and clear skin. Your expertise and experience would be greatly appreciated! Thank you X ps, Your new website is fantastic by the way and I have followed you since I was in university nearly 10 years ago!
