Hey guys,
I wanted to post this workout yesterday, but I couldn’t because the internet speed in our apartment in Prague where we’re staying right now is really slow. It crashed on me 2 times during the upload. Uploading a 10-minute video takes 4000 minutes. I don’t even know how many hours that is. Hope you will give it a try and have fun. We were out the night before so I was a little loopy but I think that this workout is exactly what I needed to get my energy back for the day.
I had to wear my Uggs for this workout because I didn’t bring any sneakers and the floors were really cold. It looks a little weird, but it worked 🙂 it was actually very comfortable.
P.S. I thought the Prague castle was visible in the video, but when I said “it’s right behind me” all you can see is just a bright light. We took a bunch of pictures so I will share them later with you. It’s really beautiful here.

I love how real you are Zuzka! “This workout is a lot easier when you’re not hungover.” cracked me up!!! I’ve already done my workout for today so I’ll do this one tomorrow. Looks like it might be a little intense for an active recovery day but I can’t wait to try it.

Sorry I didn’t get to do this one this morning. The kettlebell was good though. Please please upload new power yoga before the morning ! I have been looking forward all week! If it’s not there, I am going to do a couple mile easy paced run and power yoga 13 (my favorite) if anyone wants to join me. Don’t forget the butt homework!
