Hey guys,

I wanted to post this workout yesterday, but I couldn’t because the internet speed in our apartment in Prague where we’re staying right now is really slow. It crashed on me 2 times during the upload. Uploading a 10-minute video takes 4000 minutes. I don’t even know how many hours that is. Hope you will give it a try and have fun. We were out the night before so I was a little loopy but I think that this workout is exactly what I needed to get my energy back for the day.

I had to wear my Uggs for this workout because I didn’t bring any sneakers and the floors were really cold. It looks a little weird, but it worked 🙂 it was actually very comfortable.

P.S. I thought the Prague castle was visible in the video, but when I said “it’s right behind me” all you can see is just a bright light. We took a bunch of pictures so I will share them later with you. It’s really beautiful here.

    Used the new power yoga for a warm up then did the workout from Prague. Good one! I had to put my knee down for the last 10 scorpio pushups. So hard for me!

    Zuzka!!! I did weighted pistol squats. Right after this, I did the LBh. I used a pair of 15lb DBs and I completed: 30-20/ 30-20 in between sides, I had to take a breather because my arms were screaming, kkkk ;-). Great wo! xoxo
