Can we just talk about those reverse burpees?? I was certainly struggling with those. Making it my goal to be able to execute those just like Z by the end of May. Love you, Zuzka! Hi Zu and friends…this workout was done. My favorite 5 min workout of the year (I think) fast, simple and effective. I am feeling my abs now. I am happy. I did 3 5 min workouts pending and now all are done. Few more workouts pending and soon I will be doing all of them. I just would like to say about coffee talk that it would be great if you could really separate the two things, like doing one coffee talk to talk about fitness, routines, life, daily stuff and anything else shared only with Zgym members and one “Zuzka favorites” or “Zuzka recommends” “Zuzka buys” where you could talk and show your favorite products, what you use, what you recommend and like this it would be great because you could share this last video on youtube and instagram also- great for the merchandising. 🙂 So see you and take care.
