5_minute_hotel_room_workout_Montreal

This is the workout I did on our trip to Montreal last weekend. We were really busy and tired for the most part. As you can see in the video Jesse passed out on the bed while I decided to do a quick routine just to get my blood flowing and to get energized. There are two ways you can get your energy back, either by having a nap or by doing a quick workout. I prefer to have a nap if it’s an option (who doesn’t?), but when I’m really busy ย and need to keep working, then workout is a better choice. It works every time. If you ever feel like falling asleep by your desk, try to do 20 burpees and you’ll see how much your energy can change. Have fun and stay active wherever you are! XO Z

Workout Breakdown

  1. Leg elevated hip raises x 20
  2. Hand Release Push Ups x 10
  3. One Leg Elevated Lunge x 20 / 20 (each leg)
  4. One Leg Elevated Pike Press to Plank Knee Tuck x 5/5 (each leg)

Try to complete in less than 5 minutes and if you want this workout to burn a lot of calories, then do this circuit 3 or 4 times.

    I’m in Cyprus on holiday atm and this morning woke up early and done CASH 19 without weights and 5 min 41 for beach ready butt and abs ๐Ÿ˜„ but this workout looks good for tomorrow morning can’t wait maybe some beach yoga as well after that ๐Ÿ™‚

    elevated hip raise is one of the best exercise for pelvic floor (ref gyn-obs Dr Bernadette de Gasquet)

    I had 3, 5 minutes workouts ready for my recent vacation to New York.We stayed in a AirBnB one bed apartment that sleeps 4,but with the four of us & a vending machine,space was tight,so no workouts! I did walk all day every day in 30ยบC heat but it’s not quite the same.
    I also took part in the annual 5K New York Walk to Fight Lymphedema & Lymphatic Diseases 2015 from Cadman Plaza Brooklyn over Brooklyn Bridge & back.The actress Kathy Bates has lymphedema & gave an opening ceremony speech,it was a great day,we raised over 78K!
    After 2 nights,1 day & many hours hanging out in airports,I’m slowly getting back into my normal workout routines,the arm challenge felt so good last evening. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hi Zu…LOL :D…imagining my husband…LOL :D…he is very sleepy all the time and me asking him to do 20 burpees when he is feeling sleepy! Of course he goes for a nap…always! It is just so funny…you are great! I would surely select burpees!

    Hi Zu…I finished the workout so what is this last exercise? I am dying here only because of last exercise…soooo hard! It seems I am 100kg!!! Come on…good one! I loved it and planning to do it daily…:D. I did 3 rounds…14:00 min. I will do homework now and jump rope in the afternoon because I am missing it a lot! See you, take care.
