Hey guys, I hope youโ€™re ready to have fun this 4th of July weekend and celebrate with your friends and family! I have for you a 4th of July present ๐Ÿ™‚ in form of a short leg workout. I did this routine during the day in my studio in a 100 degree heat so if I look like Iโ€™m about to die in the video – itโ€™s because I almost did. I even had a cold shower prior and kept my hair wet to stay cool for the workout. If you do have an AC at home, I suggest to crank it up so that you can do 3 rounds instead of just one. I promise youโ€™ll love it! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Warm Up Routine

Workout Breakdown

1. Stationary Jump Lunge – left

2. Backward lunge knee up – left

3. Stationary Jump Lunge – right

4. Backward lunge knee up – right

5. Curtsy lunge to squat – left

6. Curtsy lunge to squat – right

7. Jump squat – touch down

8. Stationary side lunge – left

9. Stationary side lunge – right

10. Side lunge jump

Each exercise is 30 seconds with no break in between. Jump go through them one by one. You can also set your timer for 15 minutes and go through this circuit 3 times if you want to burn more calories!

    I also workout in the heat, no A/C for me. I love it, it gives me more of a detox boost with the massive amounts of sweat. The summer shred workouts were a challenge in the heat though, and I would only allow myself the fan during the last round ๐Ÿ™‚

    I love leg focused workouts! Something about that burn in the legs, and even the soreness the next day! Maybe I have a problem haha!
    I also absolutely love the look of strong, muscular legs more than anything else so I will add this one to my favorites to do often! Thanks Zuzanna ๐Ÿ™‚

    I’m scared of this one. Especially after yesterday. I am going to try and do three rounds (I don’t want to go for a run). Won’t be pretty. You weren’t kidding about the burn in yesterday’s workout. I expect more of the same in this one. Gotta keep thinking ‘sexy legs’ to get through this! LOL!

    I took a day off yesterday, so today I did Body Crush 11 and this 5 min workout back to back. My legs are jello. I hope i can make it to the shower!

    Great workout and quite challenging considering my legs are really stiff from ydays BC #11! I did 3 rounds and am already dripping in sweat since its almost 10pm and still 77F /25C out here! Hot hot hot! Now off to this other 5 minute workout and then to bed!
