Hey guys, I hope you’re ready to have fun this 4th of July weekend and celebrate with your friends and family! I have for you a 4th of July present 🙂 in form of a short leg workout. I did this routine during the day in my studio in a 100 degree heat so if I look like I’m about to die in the video – it’s because I almost did. I even had a cold shower prior and kept my hair wet to stay cool for the workout. If you do have an AC at home, I suggest to crank it up so that you can do 3 rounds instead of just one. I promise you’ll love it! 😉

Warm Up Routine
Workout Breakdown
1. Stationary Jump Lunge – left
2. Backward lunge knee up – left
3. Stationary Jump Lunge – right
4. Backward lunge knee up – right
5. Curtsy lunge to squat – left
6. Curtsy lunge to squat – right
7. Jump squat – touch down
8. Stationary side lunge – left
9. Stationary side lunge – right
10. Side lunge jump

Each exercise is 30 seconds with no break in between. Jump go through them one by one. You can also set your timer for 15 minutes and go through this circuit 3 times if you want to burn more calories!

Hi Zuzka! I’m a long-time follower since the bodyrock days. I was wondering if you could post a short post-run workout for all of us who are runners/warriors. Sometimes after a run, I like to cool down but then try to squeeze in 10 minutes of abs. Anything you recommend would be amazing!

Great workout # 41 ! My quads were on fire, it looks peace of cake but it wasn’t at all 😀 Well, I did it two times; then I did 5 minutes workout # 19 and my time scores was 4 full rounds + # 1 + # # 2 + # 3 and 5 reps of Reptile pushu ups, last time I did 4 full rounds+ # 1 + # 2 . And to finish I did Arm Balance # 1, each passing day, I love more and more Chatturanga exercise ! Thanks Zu !!! Good night 🙂

Phew ! That was tough on my thighs after body crush#11 yesterday.
I did 1x round of this one,then 1x 5 min # 19 and 1x 5min #16.
