Hey guys, how do you like my new background? We’ve already started the process of moving to our new house and I couldn’t resist to shoot this workout outside by the pool 🙂

Each exercise in this quickie is going to target your core, abs, and upper body. The Pistols and the jumping part of the Burpee will also tackle your legs, so get ready for a serious cardio. It’s a perfect way to raise up your heart rate, and activate your muscles without getting exhausted. This short burst of exercise will give you energy and release the happy hormones for at least a few hours! There is really no reason for you to skip this workout 😉 Have fun!

If you can’t afford a real Dip Station an older style walker can be bought possibly at a thrift store. http://www.breg.com/sites/default/files/product-gallery/Walker_430.png

My best friend also made one with PVC piping and filled it with sand. If you’re willing to do that work, it’s cheaper.

Long ago I wrote up a DIY Dip Station article for Zuzka at BR.TV. One design was PVC. I didn’t think of putting sand inside. That would strengthen it! 😀

Yeah!! It was a great idea. She uses it. Only thing is that you can’t really take it apart and store it away, and it would be very heavy. But it worked out for her because she and her fiance live in a large home with plenty of space. I think that if you have limited space or move fairly often, the Ultimate Body Press is worth it. I have moved several times since buying mine in 2011. I’ve moved from state to state, house to house to apartment, etc. Oh, the life of a student….:( And I don’t keep a lot of stuff, relatively. This dip station has been the least of my hassles in moving and space. It’s just so easy to take apart, and it’s SO LIGHTWEIGHT! I love that thing. I’ve continued using it weekly. 🙂

I am not yet sure if I want to bye one..it’s not about the money, more a space issue. Thats why I wanted to know how high it is.

I just measured mine. It’s about 3 feet high. If space is an issue, know that this dip station can easily be taken apart and put back together. You can put the pieces in a closet or under your bed, or something.

Oh my gosh Zuzka, your new backyard is incredible! That is my dream. I can’t wait to have my own backyard so I can workout outside without anyone else around. And once you’re done and covered in sweat you can just jump in the pool 🙂 So happy for you and looking forward to new videos with this new location!
